- He has helped his ex-team Zamalek to win its 1st trophy after 4 years with no titles and he has scored the winning goal in the final to make the result 2-1 and grap the Cup for the hungary fans
- The player has moved to the England based club Wigan Athletic in last July and he is now leading the English Premier League top goal scorers with 5 goals in hand after seven weeks of the competition
- Zaki has blasted 27 goals in 48 matches for Egypt — an international record only bettered by Manchester United’s Dimitar Berbatov who has 39 goals in 65 Bulgaria games
